New at NBMG: OF10-7 – Preliminary surficial geologic map of Clark County, Nevada

This map is the only county-wide surficial geologic map with more than a few units ever to be produced by NBMG (it covers 20,000 sq. km). Thanks to a temporary link hosted by the Arizona Geological Survey, it is possible to see this map in a web format which will eventually be available on the NBMG website: Interactive Google Map
Since this open-file report was released on July 13, the following features have been added to both the paper map and the online version: cities, towns, highway numbers, T/R and UTM grids.
