A message from Daniel Atkinson, BLM: “The BLM is currently recruiting for a mining engineer in Battle Mountain, Nevada.  I believe geological engineers would meet the requirements, as well.  Applicants must meet the educational requirements and have one year of experience in any combination of the following: serve as a specialist performing work in minerals exploration, development & production activities such as review/prepare exploration plans or the extraction of minerals, evaluate mineral resources, inspect mining operations & reclamation activities.”
