Panel members discussed their personal and professional perspectives, experiences, and knowledge regarding the future energy outlook, a future U.S. energy workforce that evolves in and embraces JEDI, and the pathways (e.g., education, training, mentorship, retention approaches) that can ensure the development and success of this workforce.
